Erin began her yoga practice in 2017 as a way to mix up her exercise routine. It didn’t take long for her to realize that yoga was so much more than a physical practice.

Erin began her yoga practice in 2017 as a way to mix up her exercise routine. It didn’t take long for her to realize that yoga was so much more than a physical practice.

What began simply as a workout quickly transformed into a lifestyle. Erin still loves a vigorous, hot vinyasa class but values the importance of slower-paced, grounding classes, pranayama, meditation and bhakti above all else. Since starting yoga, she has less stress, less anxiety and much more gratitude for the simple things in life. Erin aspires to create an experience infused with energy, fun and genuine care for her students each time she teaches. She strives to foster opportunities for students to ‘let go and tune in’ on a deeper, more spiritual level through movement and breath in a kind, supportive environment. Erin has traveled to Iceland, Bali and most recently India for teacher trainings and spiritual immersions to deepen her practice. She is a certified 200 hour RYT graduate from Onyx Yoga Studio and also holds certifications in yin, children’s and aerial yoga. She is currently working towards a 500 hour YTT. Her love and curiosity for the practice will keep her training and traveling for years to come! Erin gives thanks and humbly bows to her teachers Shannon Elliott, Gabriella Perrotti, Jane Lindemann, Jacquie Ruderman, Pamela Nixon, Jodi Kobrin and Janet Stone for their wisdom, knowledge and love that they so selflessly share.
