With her genuine willingness to talk about nearly anything and ability to put a positive spin on whatever is happening, Julia shares her passionate energy and knowledge in a friendly and fun environment.

Jules began her yoga journey shortly after graduating high school as a means to heal mentally, physically and spiritually while fighting eating disorders. Yoga quickly became the best friend that was always there with loving support as she found strength and acceptance in her body mind and spirit. As she grew to love other activities such as teaching group fitness, running and CrossFit, yoga was still (and will forever be) her safe space for healing and peace.

For Jules, becoming a yoga instructor was more of an intuitive calling than a choice; and she has come to learn that yoga philosophy is even more exciting and interesting than the movement itself. This is something she feels drawn to share with anyone open to exploring. My intention is to always continue building upon my 200hr RYT through travel, workshops and certifications to help my clients unearth their inner badass warrior!
