Julia discovered yoga in her late teens at a time of complete surrender and self-evolution. Her teaching centers around the transformative and healing powers of yoga both on and off of the mat. Through mindful movement, Julia helps students connect their physical asana practice to the deeper yoga teachings. Her creative sequences challenge students to navigate change with presence and breath. Julia encourages students to sit as the internal observer of mind, body, and spirit. With self-compassion, she invites students to hold space and find gratitude for the whole of their experience. She teaches the eight limbs of yoga as a life practice so that students can elevate their consciousness and find peace within.
