Yoga and Meditation has changed the way that Kim moves through her life. Being diagnosed with a couple of auto immune diseases in 2003 she was unaware at that time how her lifestyle choices were exacerbating her symptoms. It took quite a few years of her health continually being challenged before a friend introduced her to an incredibly special yoga teacher and holistic health practitioner who helped her by using the many tools that yoga offers. Wanting to deepen her practice and knowledge she went on to study with Three Sisters Yoga in NYC and became a 200hr RYT.

Loving the physical practice but really reaping the health benefits from the meditation and pranayama practice she decided to further her studies in meditation and Ayurveda by becoming a certified meditation and ayurvedic health coach through the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Knowing that we all connect with different types of practices and wanting to help as many people as possible she trained in Mindfulness, MBSR, Meditation & Psychotherapy and did the Mindful Schools program for children from K-12.

Kim believes that we can’t always choose what is happening in our life but we always have a choice in how we move through it. Aware that, “it‘s easier said than done” but with a regular meditation practice you slowly begin to recognize that you have the ability to respond to people and situations in a way that will help you to live your fullest, healthiest, happiest and most authentic life
