Laura’s journey with yoga began as a teenager and grew to be an integral part of her physical, mental, and emotional health during her college years. In 2021, Laura completed her 200 HR RYT at Onyx Yoga Studio with her teachers Malati Elliot and Jane Lindemann. Since the beginning of teacher training, she has continued to fall in love with the yogic lifestyle and all that it has to offer. Over the last few years of practice, Laura has experienced a decrease in anxiety and an increase in mindfulness, energy, and rest.

As a nurse, Laura has a passion for wellness and applying a holistic approach to healing. As a lifelong student of the yoga practice, she is deeply thankful for the wisdom her teachers have shared with her. Laura enjoys integrating her knowledge of wellness with the practice of yoga to support others on their personal journey. Using breathwork, mantras, asana, and meditation, her hope is that others will be able to achieve their goals both on and off the mat.
