Lucy found yoga in college, and while it aided her in athletics, it provided greater assistance in the mental prospect of change, and moving into a new chapter of life. Yoga allowed her to feel peace through the discomfort and move through challenging years with a little bit more ease and grace.
Encouraged by the changes that yoga naturally brought to her own life, Lucy hoped that she could guide others to experience these changes within their own lives as well. She completed a 200-hour teacher training with Onyx Yoga Studio and honors all of her teachers, past, present, and future.
Lucy leads first with care and her classes combine breath work and creative movement guided by intention. Lucy offers a joyful smile and a supportive class, always encouraging her students to care first for themselves and connect with their own inner-strength to build not only a practice, but a life that is sustainable off of the mat as well.
