We all have a narrative to tell about experiences in life that lead us on our yoga journey. Pam’s story began in 2013 when her life was turned upside down after sustaining multiple traumatic events over a short period of time. Her desire to heal herself , along with some divine universal intervention led her to a Yoga teacher training with Shannon at Onyx in 2014. This was a tremendous time of growth and self realization and as with her yoga practice she has continued to grow and find more peace and balance in her life. She is grateful for the teachers, mentors and students in her life that continue to support her and for the ability to share what she has learned to help others find the balance and peace we all deserve. She has continued her yoga education with courses on alignment and adjustments and obtained a 50 hour Aerial Yoga Certification in 2016 and is currently working toward a 20 hour certification in Yin Yoga. Pam has been a fitness specialist for over 30 years and also holds certifications as an orthopedic trainer, nutrition specialist, and group fitness instructor. Her passion for teaching and training is fueled by the joy she receives by helping her clients and students. It’s a process of all growing and learning together. Pam shares her life with her boyfriend, 2 children and 2 dogs and her favorite times are spent outdoors in nature and paddle boarding.
