Tina began practicing yoga in 2001 to complement her exercise routine. Through the years she realized that her physical yoga practice replaced the weekly chiropractic visits by improving alignment, strength, and flexibility. Beginning with a 2016 yoga retreat and a yoga retreat to India in 2018 Tina’s practice has evolved from purely physical to include the mind and the spirit which inspired her to complete her 200-hour Teacher Certification at Onyx Yoga Studio. Tina guides her students with insightful instructions that incorporate the physical movement and alignment, along with the breath and the mind. Tina’s sequences are carefully crafted to feel a sense of ease and purpose to the movement while creating a peaceful mind and a strong body. Tina teaches with a warm heart and positive energy to help students find their physical and mental way through their yoga practice and life.
