Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki is amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during a placement given by a Reiki Master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of “life force energy” to improve one’s health and enhance the quality of life.

About Marina
Marina is a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master practitioner and is registered as a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master Teacher through the International Center for Reiki Training. She has been studying Reiki since 2017. Currently she teaches all levels of Usui and Holy Fire® III Reiki. Marina also provides private and group Reiki sessions that promote relaxation and self healing.
Marina has a passion for Reiki, yoga and natural healing. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification at Onyx Yoga Studio in Warren, NJ and is certified through the National Yoga Alliance. She is also certified through Kula for Karma in Yoga for Trauma and Addiction. Marina leads from the heart to guide her students in a warm, compassionate, and caring manner with humor and philosophy woven throughout.
